You KNOW how crazy I am about my slow cookers! And if you don’t you should know right off that I have 3 of them: small, medium & large! I prepare entire meals using my slow cookers, including most of my Thanksgiving meal. But more on that later. I am ALWAYS on the lookout for new slow cooker recipes. I believe you can cook anything (almost) in a slow cooker. Plus, you can put the meal together in the crock the night before & put dinner on to cook before you head out in the morning! Anyway, Southern Living has added to my slow cooker repertoire with this selection of, COUNT THEM, 51 slow cooker recipes. This should keep us all out of trouble (& eating well) for awhile!
